Get in, drive, have fun, experience happiness - that´s the promise of Rheingold Classics. "In order to keep this promise, our scouts, our mechanics and our back office team give everything, every day", says Dr. Wieland Mänken, Rheingold´s owner and a classic car fan for some 40 years.
Rheingold Classics first came to life as a passion project. "Rheingold Classics GmbH is a dream come true, stemming from a deep love for classic vehicles over many years", continues Dr. Mänken. Specialization and passion from the heart mark the Rheingold team. Mercedes-Benz from the ´50s to the ´80s and ´60s Ford Mustangs in good, authentic condition from the desert states of the USA (Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico), which never saw any road-salt, are the main focus. In short: those vehicles promising high potential for an increasing investment value.

"Our vehicles are meant to make you happy. They are intended to be driven, not put in a museum. This is why technical functionality and solid condition bodywork play a big role for us", Dr. Mänken says.

Rheingold Classics wants to honour the history of the vehicles. For the team, classic cars are personalities whose stories are meant to be passed on. It´s important that all vehicles are in good, honest condition. Non-negotiable points are solid, good condition bodywork, good general technical condition and fair pricing.

As a rule, complete restoration is not the goal of Rheingold Classics. "We prefer a really good base substance that our high workshop competence is able to work with. In order to do justice to the vehicles and our customers´ requirements", says Dr. Mänken.
